| Golfer Insurance |

Our insurance company has decided to adjust the premium for each golf game in our club to RMB6. This charge will indemnify the insured any claim up to RMB500,000 for any accident* but subject to an excess of RMB3,000 for damage to the golf cart and RMB1,000 for any other accidents.
If a member has already purchased an insurance policy that covers this aforesaid third party liability, please produce a copy for verification. If verified to be the case, the member concerned will be waived from paying the insurance charge.

* To cover the insured person against any claim as a result of any accident for his taking part in any golf game in the club (including any golf cart accident ), leading to the injury or damage to the third party (including any staff of the club and property ) and for which liability will have to be, according to the law, taken up by the insured person, including legal proceeding charges and other expenses. It does not however cover any family members of the insured person or any person employed by him (caddie not included) for their injury, death or damage to any property for his own use, on rental or under his custody. |

Charge Rate under Inclement Weather |

When inclement weather occurs, which includes thunder striking, lightning and continuous heavy rain leading to flooding on the green, the Duty Manager may, according to prevailing circumstances, temporarily close the course. Once the course is closed, all golfers should immediately stop their play and should either seek shelter at a nearby kiosk or return to the　Clubhouse to await safe weather conditions and the resumption of play. If any individual golfer at this time does terminate the game. Under such circumstances, the charge will be levied in the following way:
1.The rate is charged against each hole played, based on the total number having been holed out;
2.If a green fee coupon is used, it can only be used to off-set any number of holes played (provided not more than 18) with no refund nor can it be used to off-set any caddie/golf cart fee; and
3.For any concession scheme, the charge is levied on a fair ratio basis.
If the Duty Manager does not consider merits course closure, a player elects not to carry on the game, under such circumstances, the normal charge rate will be levied 1-hole for 9 holes and 10 holes for 18 holes.
